Down East

Weren't we welcomed this weekend past with all the hospitality our Mainer friends had to offer: gracious warmth, blueberry muffins, chocolate chip cookies, and lots of tireless touring around the charming town of Boothbay Harbor. As depicted, much fun was had by all, and the two little ones got on famously (except for when the rocking horse saddle was in dispute).

Thank you, Morrisons! This singular bond continues! See you soon...

I am so envious that you guys are able to stay in touch and to live rather close. I love that Aila and Aitugan get to grow up together, that bond will last a lifetime. So happy to read an update and to know that all is well.

I can't believe that this time last year you were on pins and needles waiting for that LOI. So happy that you have Aila and that she is growing, flourishing into such a beautiful girl.

hugs to all..

Oh wow! I love the new pics. The girls are beautiful. I am so amazed how much Aila has grown. Wow, wow, wow!!! Her hair is really long! Have you cut it to get that beautiful shape?

I was wondering if you were going to get a taste of those blueberries Steve always talks about! :-) I envied you that!

I'm glad you had a great trip as usual. I know we out in blog-land love to see the highlights of your trip. Thank you for sharing!

Much love!

Can I come play, too? I miss you, Aila! Oh, and I wish I had long, beautiful hair like you and Tougy. I'm tired of people calling me a boy!

Love y'all,
Roxana

how much fun...HAPPY BELETED BIRTHDAY TOO!

Aila's hair soooooo long! What gorgeous Kazakhstan beauties they are.

It gives me such hope to see your daughters's long hair...Leeza doesn't have very much yet. :)

At least they didn't shave it last week though! LOL

such gorgeous girlies and how wonderful you get to get together.

Your pictures of the girls are so joyous—just love the one of them twirling each other round and round. Like everyone else here in blog land, it's so wonderful to see the friendships formed through adoption. Those two little girls (and their moms) will be BBF.

Oh they are too cute. How wonderful the girls will have a lifelong friendship and bond. We are so thankful that Josh and Serik will have that bond too. It is irreplaceable.

Boy, are those little darling girls having fun or what? They are so cute, and I can't believe how they are growing!

I enjoyed hanging out with your family in Utah ;-) Maybe next time we can all congregate. Then Alexa can be jealous of Aila's hair!
